The range offers numerous design options in both one-piece versions to suit all user preferences for sewing and knotting. All lines of needle holders feature different jaw shapes and the new self-righting technique, which eliminates the need to rotate the instrument to assist the surgeon during suturing, reducing the risk of complications. All needle holders have jaws made from Tungsten Carbide (TC), which is harder than conventional steel and therefore provides better grip and durability. All needle holders can be used with any standard surgical needle.
Suture instruments with an aluminium pistol grip are extremely light, weighing less than 120 g, which improves manoeuvrability and reduces fatigue. The range is completed by the classic, ergonomic ETH needle holder made entirely of unbreakable stainless steel. It also features overload protection, a cleaning channel, ease of use and an integrated locking mechanism with automatic spring action for precise alignment and controlled tension.
